When to arrive:

Student and Exhibitor Set Up - beginning at 8 AM

Guests - Registration,Continental Breakfast and Exhibits - Beginning at 9AM

Expo Opens at 9 AM - Program begins at 10 AM

Presenters - please check in at the Tech Table  in the General Session ballroom 30 minutes prior to your presentation time.  

Other Information:

HOTEL/TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

• You are responsible for making your own travel and lodging arrangements, and covering all costs.

If you wish to stay over before or after the conference, the following hotels are conveniently located:

• Arizona Grand Resort
• Ramada Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall
• Residence Inn Tempe
• Candlewood Suites Phoenix/Tempe

SPECIAL NEEDS:

• If you have special dietary needs or accessibility requirements, and did not provided them when you registered,  please alert AZBio Headquarters immediately, by sending an e-mail to Katie@azbio.org.

ATTIRE:

• Business attire is recommended for the event.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No refunds are available, substitutions are encouraged.

PARKING AND TRANSIT:

• Please plan accordingly for rush hour traffic when driving to the Expo. Traffic in the morning can get congested.
• Self-Parking is located in the northwest parking lot next to the Sonoran Sky Ballroom entrance and in other lots around the resort.  See the map below for parking locations.
