STUDENT SHOWCASE:
The details of your showcase space is outlined as follows:
- (1) Poster board space
- (1) Full expo registration
EXPO CHECK IN:
Please arrive at 8:00 am to pick up your name badge and program material at the Expo registration desk located outside of the Kachina Ballroom. Charlie Trevino will be your point-of-contact day of the event. If you have any questions, please reach out to her at Charlie@AZBio.org or call her directly at 480-779-8101.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN: (subject to change)
Set-Up: Wednesday, March 29th - 8:00 a.m.
Tear-Down: Wednesday, March 29th - 4:30 p.m.
**Be sure you bring adhesive if you do not wish to use the pins provided.
**Note: The recommended poster size is 36 x 48 inches; if your poster is larger than this please notify Charlie directly at Charlie@AZBio.org
**Tear-down MUST BE COMPLETE by 6:00 p.m.
EXHIBIT HALL SHOW HOURS:
Wednesday, March 29th - Exhibit opens - 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

1:10 p.m. Game Time - Tempe Diablo Stadium 2200 W. Alameda Dr. Tempe, AZ, 85282 (directly South of the Buttes Marriott - Expo location)
**Pick up your baseball tickets at the Tempe Diablo Stadium Grand Stair Case entrance. AZBio will have a table set up to give attendees their tickets into the game.

PARKING AND TRANSIT:
- Please plan accordingly for rush hour traffic when driving to the Expo.

PRESENTATION INFO:
You will be showcasing your poster at each showcase/exhibit break during the day, see the agenda above. All student poster registrations come with a complimentary full expo registration (this includes the baseball game and VIP Reception if you indicated your attendance upon registering). The student and company showcase areas close during the educational sessions of the event. You are encouraged to use your full expo registrations and join us during those sessions.
CONFERENCE SESSIONS:
Please note that the Exhibit Hall will be closed during General Sessions and Presentations. Meaning traffic during these sessions will be low. We highly recommend attending these sessions to gain more insight about the industry and to make more connections with attendees at the event.
ATTIRE:
Business attire is recommended for the event.

The Student Discovery Zone
is sponsored by DBio and is open to all full time students and recent graduates from Arizona’s High Schools, Community Colleges, Research Universities and Medical Schools. The Student Discovery Zone is a great opportunity for students from the region to demonstrate their skills and to receive feedback from bioscience industry members.
Student Poster Submissions were due no later than March 1, 2017 to qualify for your complimentary AZBio Expo ticket.
(A complimentary ticket will also be provided for chaperones or advisers accompanying high school student presenters.)
Each student selected to display their poster will receive:
- Their ticket to the AZBio Expo
- Opportunity to make industry connections on the expo floor and during the general session presentations by industry leaders.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Full Time Students enrolled in an Arizona High Scool, Community College, University or Medical School.
- Recent graduates in the prior 6 months.
- By accepting our offer to display his/her poster, students agree to be photographed and grant AZBio all photographic rights to said photos for use online or in print.
