At the ASU Venture Devils program, on Saturday, November 16th 2024, 70-90 top student ventures will be pitching for varying amounts of seed funding from various funding tracks associated with the Venture Devils program. This large-scale event is happening in-person at ASU SkySong in Scottsdale, AZ. Volunteer VIP Judges are needed to provide thoughtful and thorough evaluations of these teams. We are looking for diverse, interdisciplinary judging panels and for consistency with this across all judging rooms. These panels will be assembled based on the sign-up response in coordination with the judges and stakeholders that are participating. We will notify you if you’ve been selected as a judge at least one week prior to the event.
ASU Venture Devils Demo Day: Fall 2024
What: The top ASU-affiliated ventures in several categories will deliver investor-style pitches as they compete for their share of nearly $150,000 in seed funding and support. All community supporters are invited to attend and watch pitches as their schedules allow. Volunteer VIP Judges will be asked to identify the top ventures at the conclusion of approximately 12-15 pitches in several concurrent boardroom sessions throughout the day.

When: Saturday, November 16th, 2024
- 9:00-9:45 am: Judges Welcome + Breakfast
- 10:00 am-12:00 pm: Venture Pitches (Part I)
- 12:00-1:00 pm: Break + Lunch
- 1:00-3:00 pm: Venture Pitches (Part II)
- 3:00-4:00 pm: Judge Deliberations + Reception (hors d’oeuvres + hosted bar)
The funding decisions will be announced during the Awards Ceremony from 4:30-5:30
Judge attendance is optional, but highly encouraged!
