OVIL, the Oro Valley Innovation Lab, is now accepting applications for laboratory/office space before the facility opens in the spring of 2020. 
The 4,000 Sq Ft. Bioscience Incubator facility is scheduled to open in March of 2020. The facility is in close proximity to Roche, ICAGEN and Oro Valley Hospital. This proximity should generate close interactions to build future collaborations, interactions and potential synergies for incubator tenants. We anticipate that the starting rent for space in the incubator will be priced below market and very reasonable to startup companies. The incubator will be designed to handle between 7-10 small life science based companies. There will be at least one chemistry hood.
Based upon the need for this type of space in Northwest Tucson, OVIL’s leadership team anticipates that demand for the limited space will be high.
