Charles is currently Vice President, Strategic Alliances and West Sales at Avantor Inc.

As a commercial leader at Avantor, he brings 25 years of experience supporting a variety of science-based organization including life science, education, government, semiconductor, and medical device organizations.  In his role at Avantor, his responsibilities include leading commercial efforts in the west, and ownership if the VWR/BIO Business Solutions program.  He owns relationships with state and regional life science trade organizations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico and supports the Avantor team in their relationship with BIOTECHCanada.  His experience includes sales and sales leadership roles along with business development and market segment leader roles. 

Charles grew up in Arizona and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
