Beacon Biomedical, Inc., a privately held company focused on developing highly accurate laboratory and point-of-care blood tests for colorectal cancer screening and its early detection, has opened new Corporate Offices and their R&D-CLIA laboratory at the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI) in Phoenix.
Don Weber, CEO of Beacon, stated, “We are thrilled to be opening our offices and laboratory at the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI) here in Phoenix. We are now one step closer to reaching our goal of having an easy, accurate and affordable blood-based colorectal cancer screening test available to healthcare providers and their patients by year end.”

Beacon’s laboratory buildout provides both the R&D and CLIA capabilities needed to both ramp-up additional/new IP generation and the production capacity to support up to 125,000 tests per year ($9.3 MM Sales) following the October Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) launch
