40 years ago, Dr. Tom Grogan had an idea about how to better serve the needs of cancer patients and their care teams. That innovative idea created the foundation a new Arizona company, Ventana Medical Systems, which later became Roche Tissue Diagnostics. In 2024, health innovations from Roche Tissue Diagnostics helped more than 41 million patients.
