Bioscience Storytellers: “Aha!: Entrepreneurs share the moment that led to their innovation”
Ever been curious about the real story behind an innovative product? At this debut of the Bioscience Storytellers series, three Arizona entrepreneurs pull back the curtain to share their “aha” moment. Don’t expect a TED talk. Don’t expect a “How I Built This.” DO expect real, first-person, vulnerable stories from three people in the trenches. Show emcee is the Flinn Foundation’s Stacy Sullivan, who oversaw the Arizona Republic/azcentral’s Arizona Storytellers series for more than a decade. The tellers, all supported by Flinn’s Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program, include:
Jasmine Bhatti: Navi Nurses has changed how in-home nursing care is delivered. The founder links it back to a panicked moment.
Tony Dietz: Who knew we needed a new type of earplug? To the Paxauris founder, it was deafeningly obvious.
Courtney Williams: The Emagine Solutions Technology co-founder witnessed disparities in healthcare first-hand.
