THE PROGRAM:
Bridging the Gap between the Cancer Care Professional and the Cancer Patient/Caregiver
- 8am – 9am: Registration/check-in
- 9am – 12p: Presentations from outstanding cancer leaders in research and new treatments
- 12pm – 12:30pm: Lunch
- 12:30pm – 1pm: Panel of cancer patients and caregivers sharing their experiences

Barbara and Jack, a 33-year myeloma cancer survivor, started their 501c3 cancer charity, Arizona Myeloma Network,
AzMN© and Cancer Caregivers Education Program, CCEP© in 2004, to help other cancer patients and families like
‘theirs’. They have been providing FREE cancer information and resources for cancer patients, caregivers, and families, with special outreach to the underserved for over 20 years.
The Online Cancer Caregivers Education Program© is now available and provides valuable information and resources to a broad audience in the U.S. and Canada and will soon be available in Spanish as well.
