In October of 2023, Flambeau Medical Markets Group announced its partnership with Two Styx Capital. The partnership will allow Flambeau Medical to increase focus on engineering innovation, critical-to-function plastic injection molding and automation of finished devices for the medical/ life sciences industries.
Two Styx Capital co-invests in businesses with operating executives allowing those executives to end up with a larger portion of equity through growth. TSC and the companies in which it invests focus on building long lasting relationships through which all parties are elevated from their experience together and the application of the “golden rule.” TSC believes in tackling the most difficult product/process challenges by hiring the best people, caring for our employees, partnering with our customers and investing heavily in technology to develop highly motivated, relational teams with the resources of the most advanced, state-of-the-art facilities.

- Dave Mabie, Executive Vice President, brings 30+ years of experience leading commercial efforts in contract manufacturing of medical raw materials, molded and machined components, and class II and class III finished device manufacturing in the U.S., Costa Rica, and Mexico.
- Jose Castro, Executive Vice President, brings 25+ years of experience in plastics and elastomers injection molding, machining, and tool design. Jose also has five years of experience in greenfield and operations experience working in Chengdu, China with P&L experience and leadership of 400+ person team. He also brings experience as a due diligence team member having worked on multiple business acquisitions and integrations.
- David Gonzalez, Vice President Engineering, brings 30+ years of experience leading engineering and operational excellence for multi-national companies, driving precision and injection molding & fully automated manufacturing systems for medical devices, drug delivery, and pharmaceutical operations. He also has been responsible for the implementation of new technologies and capabilities.
