The project now has 4 recently completed “Spec Lab” suites that range in size 1,724 – 1,835 SF. These suites can be combined for a total of 7,369 SF or can be leased individually. Several suites are fully furnished including sinks, benching, Labconco hood systems with direct exterior exhausts, compressed air and DI Water ready for immediate occupancy. An onsite Nitrogen tank can be connected to suites as the need arises. There are also opportunities for shared lab users to lease space starting at 333 SF.
Another group of additional Spec suites are in the planning phase with anticipated delivery in late part of 2023.
The project has an onsite engineer, day porter and several shared amenities such as a communal break area and conference room that can be reserved for training or meetings.
