The Convention will be held April 22-25 in Chicago, Illinois. This year will mark the 20th anniversary of the event and we hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us.
In honor of this anniversary, we have partnered with BIO to introduce a new program we’re excited to share with you. It is called the Pay it Forward program. For rising professionals in biotech, the Convention provides attendees with many essentials tools – information, insight and opportunity – for both business and personal development. To help foster the next generation of our industry’s innovators and deal makers, BIO’s “Pay it Forward” program will allow us to nominate up to 20 candidates from our membership for special pricing to the 2013 BIO International Convention.
In these economic times it can be cost prohibitive to send rising managers to the Convention. To reduce this burden and present new and exciting opportunities for young professionals who have never attended the Convention, BIO will offer up to 20 candidates from our membership Convention Access registration for only $695 ($2,195 value). This will provide each candidate with access to the keynote luncheons, super sessions, breakout sessions and key networking events including the Welcome Reception on Monday and the Gala Reception on Wednesday. In order for a nominee to be accepted into this program, the individual must be a:
- Professional with at least 3 years experience working in biotech or related fields that would benefit from educational programming and networking opportunities at the 2013 BIO International Convention
- First time participant in the BIO International Convention

Individuals who qualify will be contacted to coordinate their discounted registration. Please ensure that managers nominated for this program can in fact attend and understand they will be responsible for their own travel expenses.
