Tech Launch Arizona has a new home. The Refinery is the University of Arizona’s new innovation hub located at the University of Arizona Tech Park at The Bridges.

The “The Refinery” name reflects the proximity to the talent and bright minds that can be mined from the University of Arizona.
This four-story building provides 120,000 square feet of office space, ideal for small to mid-sized tech-focused businesses and organizations. The Refinery serves as the University of Arizona’s innovation and commercialization hub creating a centralized location that bridges resources and accelerates the most promising inventions. Tech Launch Arizona, the commercialization arm of the University of Arizona, moved in and will be joined by other activities housed at The Refinery including the University of Arizona Applied Research Corporation (UA ARC); an additional regional outpost of UA Center for Innovation; innovation space for University of Arizona’s Office of Research, Innovation and Impact, and University of Arizona Online. The remainder of the Class A office space is available to businesses looking to co-locate with the University of Arizona expertise.
The UA Tech Park at The Bridges is a 65-acre community of innovation within a larger 350-acre multi-use development that includes residential and retail development in central Tucson. Located only 3.5 miles south of the main university campus, The Tech Park at The Bridges is divided in to three zones, Technology, Corporate, and University. The Technology Zone is already taking shape as it’s first building is coming to life.
